Rolly Polly.

I don't think our child will crawl. She has found another more efficient mode of transportation.
Gone are the days of leaving her while you go into the other room. Now we will have to start using the duck tape... who knew that this would be our best parenting tool.

Another new cat!!!

Well it is fall time again, and we seem to have gotten ourselves another new cat...this one we are definitely keeping. It gets along well with our other 3 cats too.
Ella has posed for some other pictures too. I have attached a few for your viewing pleasure. She is getting really big, and is now rolling over faster than we can keep up with her...thankfully she only goes one way...so far.

guess what? she likes chocolate.

Sorry, I've been a little absent from the blog lately... just busy, busy summer.... we've had a beautiful late summer, early fall, and I've been taking advantage!

I went to Banff last weekend, and participated in a triathlon relay race... which meant I just did the run, which was pretty fun... I had a great run, a personal best of 49:38 for 10 km.... my first time running a sub-50 minute 10 km... I was pretty stoked :)

Neil and I took a day to ourselves on Sunday... that was a nice change of pace! And I went mountain biking in K-country on Monday with some friends.... one of them had a helmet cam, so I'm hoping to get a little bit of video from him to post on the site!

I've got one more day of work this week, and I'm going mountain biking before work, so I'm burning the candle at both ends a bit, but it'll be worth it! This is my long weekend coming up, I have 4 days off... looking forward to it!

Neil and I are spending Saturday and Sunday in Kananaskis Country, we are golfing with some friends and staying at the lodge on Saturday night!
