My adventure race that I did yesterday.... it's a 2 person team race, and we were there with friends!

 The mountain bike portion of the race... beautiful single track riding!!

 Kayaking down the river.... a few minutes after this was taken, we saw a black bear on the bank!

 Getting late... the race runs from noon until 8 pm

Neil and I made the trip to Blairmore, Alberta yesterday for my annual adventure race adventure!! Neil and a friend went golfing in Fernie while my buddy Karl and I did the race... it was a very tough year, with lots of elevation gain and loss... it was also HOT... 32 yesterday... we had a lot of fun!
